Yugal Joshi

Born in a remote village of Uttarakhand, Yugal Joshi is an officer with the Government of India. He has studied at IIT, Delhi University, and the National University of Singapore. With a deep interest in water, history, and myths, Yugal Joshi has authored several books, including Singapore Water Story, which has been translated into five languages. 'Agnikaal' is his first novel in Hindi Published by Penguin Hindi.
