Banaras Lit Fest is delighted to host an Art and Exhibition Camp from 30th Jan to 1st Feb, 2026, at Taj Ganges, Varanasi. This event will feature some of the most esteemed artists in the country, including Prof. S Pranam Singh, Prof. Vijay Singh, Dr. Sunil Kumar Vishwakarma, Ajay Upasani, Dr. Geetika, Shalini Yadav, and Rajesh Singh. Entry Form
The artists who have to submit clear self photo, Artwork image and brief introduction about yourself and art work in 300 words through e-mail or WhatsApp the designated persons at t rajeshsingh4781@gmail.com WhatsApp on 9389496677 before 20th Jan 2026.
Entry Fee/Charges
- Exibition charges for artwork - ₹ 1500/- per artwork
- For Art camp Registration - ₹ 4500/-
- For exhibition and art camp both - ₹ 6000/-
( Canvas, Artist Color, Apron, Recognition on BLF Stage, Lunch, Dinner only camp Artists)
Participation have to arrange their accommodation. Our Varanasi coordinator will help you for accommodation according your budget.

Submission of Exhibits
The maximum size of the Paintings should not be more than 30x36 inches and should not less than 24x24 inches including mount and frame.
* Candidates will only be provided canvas (size 24"x30") Artist color in camp by the organizing committee and rest tings such as brush and other relevant things should be carried by the applicants.
* The foundation won't be responsible for the courier charges and any kind of damages of the work in transportation.
After sale of any artwork 10% of artwork price will be goes to the foundation. The foundation reserves the right to use the selected art work for print and digital medium. The foundation is free to use all the exhibits. For promotion print and digital medium.
Change of Address
All correspondence with the artists will be made by the foundation at the WhatsApp, email and address filled in the entry form. The artists should inform the foundation about any change of address immediately. The foundation will not be responsible for non receipt of communication by the Artist
Return of Exhibits
After the exhibition is over the artist should collect their work 1st Feb 2026 between 5pm to 8pm. if artist request us to courier foundation shall arrange to send the exhibits back to the artist given address through (Courier charges borne by the artist). Foundation is not responsible for any urgent delivery and damage in transportation.
Last Date of Registration
Artist fill the entry form then e-mail with your Artwork images, Self photo Payment Receipt email us on till 20 Jan 2026. Last date for receiving art work by courier is 25 Jan 2026 to the address:
