Banaras Lit Fest is delighted to host an Art Camp from 4th Feb to 7th Feb, 2027, at Taj Ganges, Varanasi. This event will feature some of the most esteemed artists in the country, including Prof. S Pranam Singh, Prof. Vijay Singh, Dr. Sunil Kumar Vishwakarma, Ajay Upasani, Dr. Geetika, Shalini Yadav, and Rajesh Singh. Terms & Conditions
BLF International Art Festival & Art Camp 2027
1. Artist Registration
Artists must complete the online registration form and provide their full name, nationality, contact details, WhatsApp number, a short artist biography, and a clear, high-resolution photograph.
2. Registration Fee
Art Camp Registration Fee: ₹6,000 per artist.
The registration fee is generally non-refundable. The organizers reserve the right to make the final decision on refund requests in special cases.
3. Travel and Accommodation
Artists must arrange and pay for their own travel to and from Varanasi, including airfare, train tickets, and local transport.
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. Artists may arrange their own stay or contact the organizers for assistance according to their budget.
4. Art Materials
The organizers will provide canvas, colours, an apron, and a colour palette. Artists must bring their own brushes and painting tools. Artists using other art mediums must bring their own materials.
5. Meals
Lunch and dinner will be provided for artists travelling from outside Varanasi.
6. Artist Profile and Photograph
Artists agree to the use of their submitted biography and photograph on the official Banaras Lit Fest website, festival catalogue, and promotional materials related to the event.
7. Certificate and Recognition
All participating artists will receive a Certificate of Participation and recognition from Banaras Lit Fest for their participation in the BLF International Art Festival & Art Camp 2027.
8. Event Changes or Cancellation
The organizers may make changes to the event schedule or arrangements when necessary. If the event is cancelled, registered artists will be informed through their registered email address or WhatsApp number. Any refund, if applicable, will be decided by the organizers.
9. Communication
All communication will be sent to the email address or WhatsApp number provided in the registration form. Artists must inform the organizers of any changes to their contact details.
10. Acceptance
By submitting the registration form, artists confirm that they have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
