Ghazala Wahab is Editor, FORCE Books. Her books include The Hindi Heartland (2025), The Peacemakers (edited, 2023), and Born a Muslim: Some Truths About Islam in India (2021) - winner of two Book of the Year (Non-Fiction) awards: Tata Lit Live and AttaGalatta, and shortlisted for the Kamala Devi Chattopadhyay Book Prize 2022. She co-authored Dragon on our Doorstep: Managing China Through Military Power (2017). She co-founded FORCE magazine in 2003, writing on homeland security, terrorism, Jammu and Kashmir, Left-Wing Extremism and religious extremism. She previously served as principal correspondent at The Telegraph (Delhi bureau) and began her journalism career with The Asian Age in 1994.
