Yatish Kumar
Yatish Kumar is a poet, storyteller, and literary voice celebrated for his sensitivity, honesty, and philosophical depth. Born on 21 August 1976 in Munger, Bihar, he is a 1996-batch IRSME officer and has also served as the youngest CMD of a Public Sector Undertaking in India, earning National Awards for his contributions to Indian Railways.As a writer, he masterfully blends creativity with lived experience.
He is the author of the acclaimed “Antas Ki Khurchan”, “Aavirbhav”, and his recently released memoir “Borsi Bhar Aanch: Ateet Ka Sairbeen”, which offers a moving glimpse into his journey through memory and time.A hardcore professional with a poetic heart, Yatish Kumar is also President of Kolkata’s reputed literary forum ‘Nilambar’. His poetry and prose are known for their authenticity and universal resonance, making him one of the most distinctive voices in contemporary Hindi literature today.
